Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born January 30, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce accompanied his parents from Nebraska to Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) where his father was director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
