Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress, best famous for her portrayal of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter as well on NBC's Providence drama as well as The Resident's medicine drama The Resident. Her breakout role as Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap show Guiding Light was also praised. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch included in her credits on film. According to reports, she is working on a project with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, who wrote Immortals on the basis to Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. She's also filming a new series called Gods & Heroes.
