Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He sits on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
